to me, this piece embodies everything that i learned up to this point. i’m proud of each component: the surface decoration (sodium silicate, wash), trimming (horizontal lines that emphasize the cracked surface), and form (its taken me a long time to center).

it’s my favorite piece thus far. i hope that it goes to a home that appreciates it!
