Are your ceramics dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes. Unless it’s noted in the item description, each foodware piece can be safely used in the dishwasher or microwave. Some non-foodware items, such as this vase, have not been tested for thermal shock resistance so I wouldn’t recommend heating it up or throwing it in a volcano.
What’s your return policy?
I’m happy to return most items within 30 days of your purchase for a 100% refund. To return an item due to a defect, please send a photo explaining the issue to michael.honhongva@aya.yale.edu.
How do you ship?
Every order has a flat rate of $8 to ship in the US. I typically take up to 5 business days to ship your items via USPS.
